Day Thirteen 'Horse and Trap'

We had lunch today at the Horse and Trap in Mt Eden. This is another of Auckland's historical buildings. It was built in 1914 as a store for Winstones coal and carrier merchants. It has been damaged by fire twice and was converted into a bar and restaurant in the early 1990s.
